Ono sto sam trazila pronasla sam u masnama.

The shoes with ribbon are a trend agan this fall / winter, which is confirmed by models of the most famous designers, but their latest reincarnation is not a reason for them to appeared in my post. This could serve as a prelude to a long writting about my very firm and negative opinion about what designers did this season and how much creativity is suppressed (or it died with Alexander McQueen ???). However,I'll leave it for some other post, as I will write on that subject a lot for sure.

Anyway, ribbons or should I say, bows. My obsession with them is probably the result of long-goth-black-rock-aggressive-revolted-supercool-superdifferent-style which I have long loved and practised. You probably are wondering what does that have to do with ribbons - in fact, I had that style ONLY, for a while, expressing femininity within it and no other way. I was extremely irritated by all girly things, especially girls completely dressed in pink, made up to look like Barbie and so on. After I while, I stepped out of that style (and life) phase, so I had the need to find something that is feminine, maybe a little bit girly even, and that does not match what is worn by stereotypical blondes with silicon lips, breasts and head full of air.

I found what I needed in ribbons. Shoes with ribbon, black pumps, for example, with little ribbon on top, in my opinion, are the top of good taste. Classy, stylish, simple, forever. Hit.

I also liked hairbenders with ribbons. They were hit in Belgrade a year or two ago - then I categorically refused to put them on my head. I do not like that when at a time all women go crazy about something, 90% of them wear it because somebody else is wearing it and so on. I've never been a blind supporter of trends of any kind. Now that its no longer such a strong trend, I have two of them - black with a small ribbon and red satin with a big ribbon, which goes perfectly with red satin high heels that I bought this summer and decided to wear for my birthday:)

On the pics above you can see some of my favorites in shoes with ribbons - Valentino, Louboutin and Chanel. You can see a pics of me from my bday with red hairbender and red shoes ^^ And a pic of satin shoes in colour of champagne, only pair that I own with big flashy ribbons :D

Enjoy :)
