But one thing I did learn through life is that being grateful makes all the difference in the world. Starting and ending a day with counting my blessings instead of worrying about the things I can't control. Keeping in my life things and people that make me more stable and happy instead of people and things that make me worry all the time. Rising only to my own expectations.

So don't worry if at this point in your life you maybe aren't where you wanted to be or where you imagined you would be. Just keep giving your best and things will fall into place. They always do.

A smile can be one of your best assets. It's a great way to make a first impression on someone you
just met. There is nothing like a bright, genuine smile that can lighten up any situation, whatever the
setting is.

But not everyone is confident with their smile, especially when they don't have white teeth. There are
many reasons why a person can have teeth that are stained or darker than the average. it can be
poor dental habits or even the food that you eat. If you want white teeth in order to have a great
smile, here are some tips you can follow.

1. Brush with baking soda - baking soda has a lot of uses. It's not just an ingredient in cooking but
many also use baking soda to whiten teeth. That is because baking soda has natural whitening
properties. If you look through the ingredients in some toothpaste, you will most likely find baking
soda as one of the ingredients. You don't need to buy the toothpaste as you can actually use baking
soda by mixing about a teaspoon of baking soda with two teaspoons of water. You can brush your
teeth with this mixture several times a week and you will see a difference in the color of your teeth.

2. Brush and floss daily - one of the best ways to get your teeth white is to have good oral hygiene
habits. It's not actually enough to just brush and floss daily, but you should be doing it after every
meal, especially when you had a meal that included foods and drinks that could stain your teeth.
Also, make sure to take some mouthwash in order to get rid of the bacteria that can cause your teeth
to have plaque. If you want to get white teeth fast, you can buy a whitening toothpaste.

3. Avoid products that can stain your teeth - there are certain foods and products that can stain
your teeth. If you love your black coffee and red wine, they are both dark liquids and would readily
stain your teeth within 30 seconds of you drinking them. It would be best if you would stay away from
them, especially when you are in a social setting. You don't want to be meeting with a friend or
acquaintance only to be embarrassed because of the stains on your teeth. If you cannot avoid it,
then just make sure to drink water alongside your other drink so that it will not stain your teeth.

4. Eat some strawberries - strawberries have an ingredient called malic acid that can make your
teeth whiter. While you can just eat strawberries, some people mix it with baking soda and brush
their teeth with the mixture.

5. Buy over the counter whitening products - aside from the tips mentioned above, one of the
most effective ways to whiten your teeth is to buy a teeth whitening kit. You'll get whitening gels and
led lights in your kit. Make sure to read the instructions provided in order to maximize the effect of
the kit on your teeth.

Let's move on to an unboxing of Kawaii box for November 2018. Let's not forget new kawaii box packaging that is super instagramable as well as better choice of items to make them more practical while still super kawaii.

First and one of most adorable items in this month's Kawaii box is Sanrio Marumofubiyori Plush Pouch! If you don't know what that is, let me tell you: it's a cute little white bear cub wrapped in his blanket that loves to laze around at home! This item is as cute as it's useful and I love it!

Second item is Hello Kitty Sakura Stash Plushie! If you are a Hello Kitty die hard fan, this one is for you. Perfectly pink and adorable, suitable to hang around anywhere in the house to cheer you up, as well as it can be an ideal gift for any little girl of Hello Kitty fan.

Next items, in my opinion, go in a pair: Molang eraser and Thankful Memo-It Notes. I can't decide which one is more adorable. Molang is a popular chubby ''pig rabbit'' from South Korea while PuiPui, yellow chick, is her best friend that follows her everywhere! When it comes to Thankful Memo-It Notes, they come in many different shapes. I actually think the bear is the cutest one of all! These notes, beside the usual things you can write on them, serve for you to write down what are you thankful for that day. Such a beautiful concept!

Next item is Pastel Animals Coin Purse. Very cute and stylish, you can use it on daily basis to store your coins or other small tokens you find to be important. This one I am going to gift to a friend for upcoming holidays, soon as she's crazy about coin purses! That's another cool thing about sub boxes - you can always find something to gift to someone and share the happiness.

Next two items also go in a pair in my opinion. These are Sushi Ink Pen (how awesome is that?) and Kawaii Neko Letter Set. I am so in love with pretty much everything that has a cat on it that I think I might keep this set on my desk as a decor. You can also use it to write letters to your loved ones, write important notes or daily tasks. Everything will be easier written with Sushi Ink Pen on paper with cats on it, right?

Two more kawaii items that I found in this month's Kawaii box are San-X Corocoro Coronya set of stickers and Gudetama Chocolate Bar. The Gudetama Chocolate Bar is already gone by the time you are reading this and it was delicious! The set of stickers I was tempted to keep to myself but I believe my little cousin will enjoy them even more.

The most useful and one of my favorite items is Sakura 2019 Desk Calendar. Honestly, I always forget to buy a desk calendar, but I am always in a desperate need of one. Kawaii box literally saved my year! Look how cute this little thing is!
